Isla Reta Beach Resort

After spending the night at Dayang Beach Resort, it’s time for me to go to Davao City to catch an evening flight to Manila. But since there’s no ferry that leaves from Dayang, I needed to go to Sta. Cruz port. Unfortunately, mode of transportation is only limited by hiring outrigger boat or habal-habal (single motor bike.). I chose the latter. The ride is approximately 15-20 mins of up and down of rough road hill.

Finally, Isla Reta Resort. I was surprise of how good their beach front was. Very clear shallow water. A very nice thing for swimming.

Dayang Beach Resort

After a luxurious evening in Pearl Farm Resort, I wasted on time going to Sta. Ana port in Davao City. It’s my gateway to Talikud Island. I prefer visiting places where most people won’t go. I love less crowded places and experience simple life.

Prior to my travel, I’ve searched the Internet for transportation, accommodation, and well known resort in the Island but Dayang Beach Resort caught my attention the most. Going there is easy, all you need to do is catch the “ML Z-ENRYH-2 Ferry” that will leave Sta. Ana port at exactly 1:30pm and will drop you off in Dayang Beach Resort’s shore.

One of the attraction while visiting Pearl Farm is the island tour to Malipano Island. You will see the luxurious villas that is available for rent but not for the average traveler like me. Rate is 8,000 per person, minimum of 4 to avail one of the villas.
