After well-rested night in Prinsesa Bulakna, it’s time for me to leave Siquijor. I asked the driver to take me to Salagdoong Beach. It’s one of the famous beach in the island. While in Maria, I noticed that there’s a lot of interesting landmarks/structures.
The town is typical country side with quiet ambiance.
After 15 minutes or so… Salagdoong Beach at last. I wasted no time in taking pictures and exploring this famous beach in Siquijor.
The resort may not be the best place to stay if you wish a quiet accommodation. I can say that it have a “public” feel since this is a local government property. However, I have to agree that their beach front is one of the best in the island. The water is clear and pristine.
I walk farther and explored some interesting site…
After almost an hour… we left Salagdoong beach and headed to Siquijor pier to catch a ferry going to Dumaguete City.
We passed by Enrique Villanueva
And some structures/landmarks
At the pier… I was surprised on how beautiful the place are.
Our Delta Ferry (Air condition) going to Dumaguete
The travel was fast and comfortable. It only took 45 minutes. I highly recommend this ferry if you have plans in visiting Siquijor.
